By accessing or using LeadRipper ("the Service"), operated by Advanced Marketing Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The current LeadRipper storefront offers two separate products: self-hosted business-lead software and a downloadable business-record snapshot. The software includes a setup wizard, US scraping workers, a PostgreSQL database browser, public business-contact enrichment and website audits. Audits identify technical signals; they do not establish actual search rankings, email deliverability or correctly firing tracking events.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Current storefront products are separate one-time purchases in USD. The introductory $497 software license covers one business installation with multiple workers, current-version perpetual use, and 12 months of updates and email support. Hosting and third-party services are separate. Additional client installations require a separate license. The $997 dataset is one downloadable snapshot of 5,074,864 historical mixed-country business records, including 1,099,483 records with an email address. It does not include ongoing updates, a software license or hosted database access. Fields may be missing or outdated; emails are not deliverability verified. These offers do not use credits or include monthly sending allowances. For purchase or delivery questions, contact support@leadripper.com. Any previously purchased legacy plan remains subject to its original purchase terms.
Your use of business data obtained through the Service must comply with all applicable laws. We are not responsible for how you use data obtained through the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
You are solely responsible for compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and other applicable laws when sending emails through the Service. All outbound emails must include a valid unsubscribe mechanism and physical mailing address.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after 30 days.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
